My goal is that you are perfectly happy with your new art! In order to insure this, I'd like to make your shipping as easy and cost efficient as possible.  I package all my art securely so they arrive safely and undamaged at your door. If this does not happen, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will work it out.

All shipping costs are based on weight and size and shipped via Canada Post. Costs will be calculated at time of purchase.


Paintings on Stretched Canvas:

- Shipped wrapped in plastic to protect against moisture, bubble wrap, and double foam board.

- Shipped in a sturdy cardboard box

Paintings on Canvas Board:

- Shipped wrapped in plastic to protect against moisture

- Shipped in a padded envelope

Prints (11 x 17 and smaller) and Greeting Cards:

- Each piece comes in fitted clear bag

- Shipped in cardboard envelope.

Prints (larger than 11 x 17):

- Shipped wrapped in plastic to protect against moisture

- Shipped rolled in cardboard box or sturdy tube


Some of my paintings for sale are currently displayed in different galleries and ships around the GTA and Windsor. These piece are still available for purchase but may take a bit longer to be shipped to you. If you have any concerns at all for timing then please use my contact form to get in touch.

All other artwork will be shipped within a week of purchase. 

In order to keep shipping costs at a minimum, I only offer expedited shipping at an extra cost when requested. Otherwise, all packages will be shipped as Regular Parcel and should take up to two weeks to arrive.

As I have no control over the postal service, these are just predictions and are subject to change. 

I will send you an email as soon as your package has been shipped.

Pick up 

If you are in the Toronto or Windsor area and would like to pick up your artwork instead of having it delivered, then please get in touch before you make your purchase in order to make arrangements and so that you aren't charged for shipping at checkout.

My pick up locations are as follows:

TORONTO: Arts Market (Ossington) - 846 College St., Toronto

WINDSOR: My Home Studio -  663 Old Tecumseh Rd., RR1 Belle River



My hope is that you are completely happy with your new artwork - but if you're not then I have some options for you.

If you are unsatisfied with your painting, then I will offer a full refund within 7 days of your package arriving at your door. You will be required to ship the painting back in it's original packaging at your own cost.

If your painting arrives damaged, I apologize! I try to ensure all my artwork is securely packaged to prevent this from happening but as we know, problems can arise. If it does, then please get in touch as soon as possible. I will ask for you to take a photo of the damaged art. I will then issue a full refund at this time or request that you ship the painting back.


Because of the customized nature of commissioned paintings, I only offer full refunds if the painting arrives to you damaged. However, I have a unique way for you to commission a painting that will ensure you are pleased with the results. 

I require a 50% deposit at the time of request. This deposit is non refundable. 

After the painting is complete, you will be able to take a look (either through photos, or in person if you're in the area) before making your final purchase. If you are happy with the piece, then you will pay the balance (and shipping if required) and your painting is yours! If you are unhappy with the piece then there is no need to pay the remaining balance and I will be free to sell the piece to someone else. The deposit, however, remains non refundable.

Online Decorating

I require a 50% deposit at the time of request.

Because of the customized nature of online decorating packages, there are no refunds offered. 


If you sign up your child for an art class, you can request a full  refund up to two weeks before the start of class. You will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. 

If you request a refund after the two week mark, then you will be able to get a partial refund of 50% only.
